Nice model, slow support

I bought the 1:18 Scale Hyundai i20 N Rally1 Diecast Model. The detail on it is really impressive, much better than some other models I have from different shops. It's a solid piece for my collection. The only minor complaint was about a question I had regarding tracking. I emailed customer service and it took almost 3 days to get a response, which felt a bit long. But once they replied, the information was helpful. Overall, I'm happy with the model, just wish support was a touch quicker.

They're proper diecast models, not toys. I have a few 1:43 ones and they're really detailed. Definitely collector quality.
